Dream Hotel Group plans for two Oklahoma City hotels

The Dream Hotel Group will open two new hotels in Oklahoma City in 2024, marking the New York-based company’s first properties in the Sooner State.

The 220-room Dream Hotel and 174-room Unscripted Hotel will be part of a large mixed-use development project with California-based Matteson Capital.

The $275 million development, when complete, will include the two hotels, 150 residences and more than a half-dozen restaurants and bars.

The complex is located in the Bricktown Entertainment District, which includes PayCom Arena, home of the Oklahoma City Thunder NBA team; the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame; and numerous restaurants, bars, music venues and attractions.

The Dream Hotel will include health and wellness facilities, 11,000 square feet of event space, and five dining and nightlife venues, including a rooftop pool deck with bar and grill and skyline views. Next door, the Unscripted Hotel will feature two food and beverage locations, including a rooftop bar.
