Pretty Ricky’s Spectacular Smith was arrested at Disney World after an alleged altercation with a theme park employee.
In a police report obtained by USA TODAY, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the Nov. 29 arrest, listing the offense as a misdemeanor battery charge.
According to the report, Smith “intentionally touched or struck” a worker at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom theme park after a verbal altercation over Smith being removed from a line due to jokes about COVID-19.
“Smith walked past (the worker), simulated sneezing, while saying the word, ‘Coronavirus’ as he and a companion walked towards the ride,” the arresting officer’sreport reads. “(The worker) told Smith what he said was not funny. (The worker) said Smith replied, ‘I thought it was.’ “
The worker reportedly asked Smith to leave the line multiple times, and he refused.
At one point, Smith allegedly “turned and punched (the worker) on his right side jaw and right temple area,” which the worker said caused him to stumble and fall on the ground.
