It will travel 34,500 nautical miles and visit 66 ports in 31 countries.

On its way the ship will stop off at 61 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Churches and Convents of Goa in India, the Archaeological Heritage of the Lenggong Valley in Malaysia, the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia, and the Tongariro National Park in New Zealand, Fox Business reported.

It is due to sail through the Panama and Suez Canals, and to include 442 free shore excursions and 12 overnight stays in ports of call.

Bookings start on July 14, Regent said.

Americans are raring to get back on the water as the cruise industry gradually reopens after being largely grounded since March 2020.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Regents’ parent company, announced in April that it would require the COVID-19 vaccine for its guests and crew members. It even threatened to avoid all Florida stops after the state banned businesses from asking for proof of vaccination.
