SH Hotels & Resorts’ Treehouse Hotels brand is coming to Australia, where the Treehouse Adelaide is expected to open in 2026.<\/p>\n
The 248-room hotel will be a part of Market Square, a new mixed-use development in Adelaide’s historic city center. In addition to hospitality components, the $400 million project will comprise office, retail and residential space.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Treehouse Adelaide will be home to an all-day dining restaurant, a terrace bar with outdoor seating, a lobby lounge, a backyard grab-and-go outlet, fitness facilities, a wellness spa and indoor and outdoor event space.<\/p>\n
SH Hotels & Resorts opened its first Treehouse property in London in late 2019. Another U.K. location, the Treehouse Manchester, is on track to open later this year, while two U.S. outposts \u2014 the Treehouse Sunnyvale in Silicon Valley and Treehouse Brickell in Miami \u2014 are also in the pipeline.<\/p>\n
