Two Caribbean resorts are welcoming new members to their management teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\"Sjors<\/p>\n

The Sonesta St. Maarten, which comprises the Sonesta Ocean Point Resort and the family-oriented Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa, has appointed Sjors Martins resort manager.<\/p>\n

Martins was previously hotel manager at the Suriname-based Torarica
\nGroup. Additional hospitality experience includes opening the DoubleTree
\n by Hilton Doha \u2013 Al Sadd, Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences and
\nHilton Batumi in Georgia. Martins held a variety of positions across
\nEuropean properties early in his career.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\"Hemal<\/p>\n

At the Mandarin Oriental Canouan in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Hemal Jain is the new general manager.<\/p>\n

Previously, Jain served as general manager at the Virtuoso-affiliated Alila Villas Uluwatu and Alila Manggis, both in Bali, Indonesia. Jain held front-office positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai and Doha and at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in the Himalayas (Wildflower Hall) and in Agra, India (Trident Agra).<\/p>\n
