{"id":12076,"date":"2023-10-07T13:59:45","date_gmt":"2023-10-07T13:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooncampsprings.com\/?p=12076"},"modified":"2023-10-07T13:59:45","modified_gmt":"2023-10-07T13:59:45","slug":"im-a-female-solo-traveller-and-ive-felt-unsafe-in-these-countries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooncampsprings.com\/travel\/im-a-female-solo-traveller-and-ive-felt-unsafe-in-these-countries\/","title":{"rendered":"I&apos;m a female solo traveller and I&apos;ve felt unsafe in these countries"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>I&#8217;m a female solo traveller and I&#8217;ve felt unsafe in these four countries<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A TikToker has shared to 301,500 followers the countries she felt most unsafe in\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>While nothing happened to the pro-traveller she warned followers to be vigilant\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For many people, especially women, travelling alone can be a rewarding experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As the scenes in Eat Pray Love suggest, solo trips can be a great way to find yourself and learn important lessons along the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And, over the last few years, the travel industry has somewhat shifted, leading to more women exploring the world on their own.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yet, despite the growing trend, women still face a unique set of challenges when abroad, arguably different to those faced by men.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sharing to her 301,500 followers, one TikToker highlighted four countries she felt unsafe in as a female traveller.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Captioning the now-viral video, Chloe Jade said: &#8216;This was a video that was requested by many people so I decided that I should make it.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The travel-pro stressed that she has never run into any serious issues in these countries, but told her followers that it&#8217;s important to always be &#8216;vigilant&#8217; and &#8216;aware&#8217; wherever you go.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chloe said that while she has felt &#8216;unsafe&#8217; in these countries, her experiences should not dissuade you from visiting these &#8216;amazing&#8217; countries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/05\/11\/76193937-12593113-TikTok_traveller_Chloe_Jade_has_shared_four_countries_she_has_fe-m-9_1696501719832.jpg\" height=\"610\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>TikTok traveller Chloe Jade has shared four countries she has felt unsafe in as a woman, warning her followers to be &#8216;vigilant&#8217; and &#8216;aware&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/05\/08\/76193939-12593113-image-a-2_1696490599287.jpg\" height=\"1127\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Though Chloe said she never fell into any serious trouble in any of these places, she said the video has been requested countless times by her followers<\/p>\n<h2>Paris<\/h2>\n<p>The first location the US-based traveller felt uneasy visiting was Paris.
